Why small groups ( 4 to 6 participants)? In a large groups a fitness Coach will not have sufficient time to teach you the proper form and techniques of how to do a exercise movement correctly which can lead to injury and a non effective program.
By participating in our small group programs our Certified Trainers will focus on teaching you and monitoring your workouts to make sure you are doing the exercises properly and executing them effectively to get the lasting results you are looking for.
Our Target Heart Rate System is designed to give you the exact amount of calories you are burning during your workouts, tell you when you are in your optimum target heart rate zone for maximum results and track all your workouts to provide your Trainer and yourself records of your effort. Our participants burn between 500 to 1,000 calories each class.
After each workout data is emailed to you showing all your results from the class.
