Want to learn how to defend yourself while you have fun and get incredible workouts all at the same time?

We offer effective kickboxing /self-defense classes to give you individualized attention so that you have perfect form, technique and defense power.


Our kickboxing / self-defense classes are small (4-6 participants) to help give you more guidance by a certified self-defense trainer and to really teach you proper form, technique and self-defense stopping power. Our classes are also designed to give you an incredible workout so you sweat and get in the best shape of your life.

Bring your own boxing gloves (talk to your trainer for equipment guidance) for better fit and sanitation. Our trainers have more than 20 years of experience and includes trainers who are Black Belt certified in Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai kickboxing, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
