Your Gold Membership allows for you to meet once a month with one of our award winning Personal Trainers. They will design, implement and teach you individualized fitness programs to help you accomplish your individual goals. This membership is for those you are self motivated but, see the value in varying their exercise programs to avoid platues. Here’s what you will get:

• Unlimited use access to our fitness facility 7 days a week

• 4 Results Group classes every month

Our Basic Membership is for those of you who are looking for a fun, friendly and family oriented fitness facility without the crowds of a large public gym. Our reputation as a no nonsense, friendly and non intimidation gym is a perfect fit for first timers and seasoned gym goers alike. You get unlimited access to our facility to further your goals.

 

Advanced Wellness

Statistics show that with continuous exercise and a proper nutritious diet, recurrence of disease is less likely to happen. With that said, we’ve created the next level of fitness for the “THRIVERS.” Individuals thriving past Cancer, Cardiac Rehabilitation, physical therapy or just looking to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle as you get older.

• A monthly comprehensive physical redness evaluation to see where your fitness level is. This will give us information on how to start you in this effective, results orientated program. We will help you establish realistic goals for your health, wellness and fitness.

• Group training class meets every *Tuesday & Wednesday at 11am (participant can pick one of the days)

• Unlimited access to our facility 7 days a week so you can do the independent exercises your Trainer will design for you.

• Unlimited “Fit & Well Worth It” Group classes every month

• Monthly personalized fitness programs to help reach your goals

• With your permission your Doctor(s) will be notified that you are in this progam and updated monthly on your progress through this wonderful journey of health and wellness building
